Directions to Birchwood Malibu Park

From Oceanfront on I-264:

• Coming from the oceanfront on I-264 take the first Rosemont Road exit and proceed to Virginia Beach Blvd.

From Norfolk on I-264:

• Coming from the Norfolk on I-264 take the Rosemont Road exit, turn left at the light at Rosemont Road and proceed to Virginia Beach Blvd.

From Rosemont Road / Virginia Beach Blvd Intersection

• Turn right onto Virginia Beach Blvd and get in the left lane.
• At next light turn left onto Little Neck Rd.
• Drive on Little Neck Rd a little over 1/2 mile and turn left on Lemon Way Drive.
• Turn left on Royal Palm Arch.
• Royal Palm Arch will turn into Catalina Ave and Birchwood Malibu Park will be on the right.
